What is the estimated delivery time?

Ehirim delivers products to customers around the globe. Estimated delivery time for Lagos is 1 – 3 days, delivery outside Lagos can take 3 – 7 days and outside Nigeria can take 14 – 30 days.

How can I track my order?

We will send you regular updates about the status of your order via emails and SMS. Click here to track your order if you have your order ID.

How do I know the day my order will arrive?

We will always call you prior to or on the same day as delivery to see if you are available to receive your order before your order leaves for delivery.

Will all the items in my order arrive in a single package?

Yes, all of your order will arrive in a single package. But, items may be delivered in separately if checkout was done at different times.

How can I cancel an order?

Yes you can quickly call us on +234 8077771228 to cancel an order but orders that have already been processed cannot be cancelled.

Do I need to show any ID before collecting my package?

Yes. Please show your ID to the delivery associate / pick up station. It can be your Voters Card, Driver’s License, Work ID or your Passport.

Can someone collect my order on my behalf?

Yes. Please ensure your representative has the order number and an ID.

My package is cash on delivery. Can someone pick it on my behalf?

Yes. Please ensure your representative has your order number.

Are all products on Ehirim original and genuine?

Yes. We are committed to offering our customers only 100% genuine and original products.

How do I pay?

You can choose from the different payment methods available on Ehirim. Please find below the list of available payment methods:

  • Pay on Delivery (easy and simple at your doorstep)
  • Bank transfer
  • Credit/Debit Card

Do I need an account to shop?

No you don’t, but you can easily create an account on checkout so you don’t have fill in your billing and shipping information every time you shop with us.

How do I place an order?

Shopping with us is easy! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  • Click on ‘ADD TO CART’ to add this product to your cart
  • Click on ‘Cart’ in the top right corner
  • Register an account or Login into your existing account by entering your Email and password
  • Enter your shipping/billing information, ensuring your address is complete and accurate
  • Choose your preferred payment option
  • Click on ‘Confirm order’ to complete your order

Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via Email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details. Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we ship your order. If you are unsure of whether your order has been confirmed or not, please contact us a few hours after your order placement.

Are there any hidden cost or charges when I shop here?

There are no hidden costs or charges when you order from Ehirim. All costs are 100% visible at the end of the checkout process.

What is the cost for delivery?
